Q: What's your product warranty?
A: We guarantee our product is fit for its normal user purposes and is free from defects in materials or workmanship
Q: What's your company policy on defective goods?
A: Our customer service team will provide immediate response to complaints. If the problem is due to production/design defects, we provide full replacement.
Q: Is it true that using a remanufactured/compatible cartridge will void my warranty or damage our printer?
A: It is very unlikely that a problem with your printer equipment would stem from the cartridge. If that should occur and can be determined to be caused by a cartridge that is not the manufacturer’s one, the company may decline that particular repair. However, our company is so certain that the cartridge will not cause damage that we offer to repair any problems caused directly by our cartridge free of charge.
Q: How's your product quality?
A: All our products are subject to a rigorous development and qualification process to ensure they exceed or equate the performance of the originals. Our production partner is ISO9001 certified with a well-organized quality assurance programme in place. Our manufactured also receives ISO14001 as well as certificates from Standardized Test Methods Committee (STMC). All our remanufactured inkjet and laser cartridges go through post-production print test. We also send our products to International Imaging Technology Council for quality testing.
Q: Is it true that a cartridge that is not made by the printer manufacturer will provide lower quality printed images?
A: As with any product, various quality levels can and do exist. But that does not mean only the printer manufacturer’s cartridges can provide the quality you require. Our remanufactured products conform to high quality standards and provide quality that matches or exceeds our consumers’ expectations.
Q: Who are Moton's customers?
A: Moton customers are located worldwide including Europe, and many countries in Asia. You would be amazed to know our products going to mega supermarket chains, leading remanufacturers and private brand of imaging products in addition to some direct distributors and importers both large and small.
Q: What's your MOQ (minimum order quantity)
A: It depends sometime. Generally we require a MOQ as 50-100pcs for each model. Please have more discussion with us if your combination of models is complicated.
Q: Are you able to do OEM for the buyer?
Yes, we can make OEM products and please feel free to contact our sales person for details. For the single model reaching 500pcs in an order, we can support you to make your customized color box package. Please send us your design in format like CDR,AI for mass printing.
Q: How about getting samples from you?
A: For new customer, we will send you the samples after we receive the payment for samples. The value of the samples is the same as those on our quotation sheet. The buyer shall afford the shipping cost. However, We will refund you the sample charges when we receive actual purchase order (container shipment) from the buyer.
For old customer, we always provide some limited samples free of charge (for example: 5-10pcs each time). We will send the samples by express courier or by air, while the freight is on the buyer's charge)
Q: Is there any option of faster and more economic payment for samples?
Yes, we support the payment for samples via Paypal and WESTERN UNION. Come to our sales person for our money transfer account of Paypal or WESTERN UNION. The transfer charge will be on our account. In this way, it also will save you bank charges.
Q:About the shipment: what type of shipment will you use?
A: We usually ship the products by express(delivery it to your door) or by air freight to your nearest airport, shipping days:3-7 working days depend on destination;
If the order quantity is large, we may ship by sea container and the best ship way is by sea, shipping days: over 20 working days depend on destination port.
